Insurance and Payment Information

At Endodontics of Silicon Valley, we strive to provide the highest quality care along with the most convenient financial options. Our team works closely with you to help maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

In-Network Insurance Plans
Our office is in-network with the following dental insurance providers:

Delta Dental (PPO plans only)
Aetna Dental (PPO plans only)

We gladly welcome patients without dental insurance, as well as those with out-of-network PPO plans. Please be aware that choosing an out-of-network provider may result in reduced insurance coverage for your treatment.

Insurance Claims
It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks for insurance providers to process claims. Once processing is complete, we’ll send you a statement if there’s a remaining balance—or a refund if you’ve overpaid.

Payment Responsibility

Although your insurance may cover part of the treatment cost, you are responsible for any portion not covered by your plan.

Patient Billing

Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due at the time of service.

Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
CareCredit financing

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
