Your First Visit
Your first appointment will generally include a comprehensive consultation to discuss your diagnosis and explore treatment options. In some cases, we may be able to perform treatment on the same day. However, if a more detailed evaluation is needed to determine a diagnosis, treatment may need to be performed on a later date. When you call to make your appointment, our team will let you know whether same-day treatment is possible.
Please bring the following to your consultation:
- Your referral form from your dentist
- A list of medications you’re currently taking
- Your picture ID (example: driver’s license)
Important:
- All patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Please inform our office in advance if you have any medical conditions that could impact treatment, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, or if you’re taking medications like blood thinners or heart medications.
- If you require antibiotics before dental procedures (pre-medication), kindly let us know ahead of time.
X-Rays
During your consultation, our office will take digital x-rays, which are included in the consultation fee. If standard x-rays do not provide sufficient detail, a Cone Beam CT scan (3D X-ray) may be necessary to ensure a more accurate diagnosis.
